IGEL, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit corporation created in 2004 as the governing body for IGEL. The IGEL, Inc. Board of Directors establishes the vision and goals of IGEL and the broad policies that guide the implementation of each year’s class. The Board of Directors develops the resources needed to support IGEL including subsidized tuition, provides fiduciary oversight and evaluates program success.
The Board of Directors, composed of IGEL alumni, brings exceptional knowledge, experience, and leadership skills to IGEL. Our people are leaders in government, non-profit organizations, and industry and are uniquely equipped to develop and challenge the future environmental leaders of Georgia.
