Noel Holcomb, retiring Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and IGEL Class VI member, was presented a proclamation from IGEL and the Fanning Institute on March 25th during the Board Meeting of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources in Atlanta in recognition of his very strong support of the IGEL program during his tenure as Commissioner. Making the presentation were: Todd Silliman, Katie Kirkpatrick, and Rob Williams.
